Hoffman Construction Company of America, Construction Manager/General Contractor for DPW Project No. 19607 SW Vets Home Boise, requests sub-bid proposals for Bid Package #3 - Re-Bid Scopes. This bid package includes: Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Pedestrian Traffic Coatings, Architectural Sheet Metal, Painting, Flagpoles, Laundry Equipment, Window Coverings, Exterior Signage, Controlled Low Strength Materials (CLSM), and Installation of OFCI Items. Bidders are encouraged to attend a virtual pre-bid meeting to acquaint themselves with local conditions and to correlate personal observations with contract document requirements. Statements made at the meeting and site visit by project representatives do not change the requirements unless confirmed by written Addendum to the RFP.
