The Littleton Electric Light & Water Department invites proposals for the purchase of 25kV reclosers. Vendors must specify their terms for payment, delivery FOB, and warranties. The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and requirements, including but not limited to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR Part 200), DOE Financial Assistance Regulations (10 CFR Part 600), Build America, Buy America Act, Davis Bacon Act for labor subject to prevailing wage, and Massachusetts General Laws including M.G.L. c. 30B and M.G.L. c. 164 §56D. All proposals must be sealed and marked on the outside "2025- 25kV Reclosers" and be received at the specified office location by the deadline. Vendors must submit their price proposal and non-price proposal in separately sealed envelopes. The department reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received.
