Renovation of an educational facility in Brunswick, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
“The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Sealed proposals for Construction Managers for the construction of Goodyear Elementary School Renovations and Modifications will be received by the Glynn County Board of Education. The Board plans to select the most qualified Construction Management Firm to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for the project. Procedures will follow the Georgia Local Government Public Works Construction Law. Requirements for proposals may be obtained with a written request on company letterhead, including firm name, principal, contact information, and project name. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities. Oral, fax, or email responses will not be acceptable.
