The Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents and the date the Work is to be commenced within thirty calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Substantial Time of Completion including testing and post inspection and ready for use by Owner is to be 120 Calendar Days from the date of Notice to Proceed, and the Final Completion date is to be 150 Calendar Days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
