Site work for a civil project in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Penticton invites qualified Contractors to submit Proposals for the construction of the Waterworks project, which includes the replacement of Lakeshore Drive raw water main, and Evergreen reservoir feeder main, including: Lakeshore Drive Raw Water Main Replacement: Replacement of the existing raw water main between the Okanagan Lake Pump Station and Lakeshore Drive tie-in, including new ductile iron pipe, fittings, pipe protection, and surface restoration. Evergreen Reservoir Feeder Main Replacement: Installation of a new feeder main from Wiltse Boulevard through Dartmouth Drive, Balsam Avenue, and Evergreen Drive, including pedestrian network and traffic calming improvements, storm and electrical works, and surface restorations. Question Deadline 01/05/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions must be submitted through electronically. Any questions submitted during this period will be reviewed by the City on January 5th , 2026.
