No questionsmay be asked during the site tours, but must be submitted in written form addressed to purchasing@cityofpensacola.com no later than December 29, 2025,10:00 A.M. Scope of Work The areas to be serviced under this contract shall include the approximately 48 acre stormwater pond including floor, sloped sides, stabilized access paths and top shelf using best practices for specific turf grass species; quarterly string trimming and/or cutting of all vegetation along outfalls and inlets and surrounding interior fence lines; quarterly removal of litter and trash within the stormwater management pond area; and any additional maintenance as may be required by FDEP/NWFWMD. Bidders shall submit a certified check, cashier's check, or insurance company's executed bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five percent (5%) of the annual cost of the first year for a period of sixty (60) days. Any questions concerning the solicitation should be submitted in writing no later than the time and date indicated in the solicitation document, and should be addressed to Dedria Lunderman, Purchasing Manager, City of Pensacola, 222 W. Main St., Pensacola, FL 32502 or at purchasing@cityofpensacola.com. Prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the City of Pensacola staff or officials other than the specified contact person. The City of Pensacola reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to award bids on a split-order basis by item number when applicable, to waive any bid informalities and to re-advertise for bids when deemed in the best interest of the City of Pensacola.
