Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Jena, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
Sealed bids are invited for the purchase of metal culverts per linear foot. All culverts must be galvanized steel with re-rolled ends and meet or exceed State Gauge Specifications. Bids must show the cost for culverts stockpiled on the Jena Yard and must not require a minimum order. Bid specification sheets with required groups and sizes can be obtained from the designated office. The bid period covers January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Bids will be awarded to the lowest price overall. The entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All envelopes containing bids must be marked as indicated, and company names must appear on the outside of the envelope.
