Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Jena, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
Sealed bids will be received for the purchase of Plastic Culvert Pipe per linear foot. Bid specification sheet with groups and sizes desired may be obtained from the appropriate office. All bids must show the cost of culverts stockpiled on the Jena Yard. No bid shall require a minimum order. The bid period will run from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Bids will be awarded based on the lowest price overall. The Police Jury reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Instructions: Bids must be received before the deadline for receipt of bids and will be returned unopened if late. All envelopes containing bids must be marked 'Plastic Culvert Bid' on the front of the envelope, and the company name must appear on the outside. All bids should be marked appropriately on the envelope.
