Formed in 1966, the College is a fiscally independent municipal corporation, governed by a seven-member Board of Education elected by zones. Staff and faculty are composed of full-time and part-time union and non-union employees. The selected vendor will be responsible for fabricating and installing new exterior building signage in accordance with the following specifications.
