In the award of the contract, the Board of County Commissioners will consider the element of time, will accept the Proposal or Proposals which in their estimation will best serve the interests of Clackamas County and will reserve the right to award the contract to the contractor whose Proposal shall be best for the public good. Clackamas County encourages proposals from Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Businesses. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
