The University of Kentucky has received a historic $150 million donation from the Bill Gatton Foundation to develop a new arts district on its Lexington campus. This transformative project will include the construction of a new College of Fine Arts building, a several-hundred-seat theater, a pavilion, and a park that will connect the campus to downtown Lexington, creating a unified cultural corridor.
