Duration of the contract According to the current planning, it is planned that the work will start as soon as the letter of commitment is signed, but this date could be modified by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 285 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the commitment letter.
