Qualified vendors are invited to submit sealed bids for a sole source Furniture Fixtures and Equipment Contract for the new Hoke County Justice Center. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Sealed Bid for Hoke County Justice Center, Furniture Fixtures and Equipment." Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested and be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check payable to Hoke County, NC. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. on the specified due date at the offices of the Hoke County Board of Commissioners. Bids will be publicly opened and read on the same day. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any defect in bids, and to accept the bid or part it deems to be the lowest and best. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after opening.
