Construction Management (CM) Services to support a major facilities expansion at its campus . WCA intends to add approximately 17,000-20,000 square feet to its existing school building as it expands to serve grades K 12 . The anticipated construction start date is August 2026 , with occupancy in Summer 2027 . The CM will oversee all phases of the project, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction closeout.
