Question Deadline 12/16/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Surface Preparation _ Remove all nets and poles from surface areas for resurfacing _ Pressure clean and power blow courts as necessary to remove loose dirt, dust, and other debris. _ Flood the court surface to locate depressions holding water greater than 1/16" of water after 1 hour in direct sunlight. _ Float the depressions using Sport Patch mix and feather edges. _ Grind ridges around cracks as needed. _ Fill all cracks 3/8" or greater with a Sport Patch mix and trowel flush with surrounding surface. _ Fill all cracks less than 3/8" with an Acrylic Crack Filler and trowel flush with surrounding surface. _ Machine sand all patched and repaired areas as needed to blend with the surrounding surface Application _ Apply a fiberglass membrane overlay on the entire court area to prevent reflection of repaired cracks and to aid in the prevention of cracks returning to the court surface. _ Acrylic Surfacing & Striping Apply (2) Coats of Acrylic Resurfacer to conceal the fiberglass, fill voids, and provide uniformity. Apply (2) Coats of Colorguard site mixed with sand and water to provide in-depth color and texture. _ Locate and mark playing lines on the court surface. _ Apply line tape, seal, and apply line primer to prepare surface for heavy bodied textured acrylic latex line paint. _ Paint 2" wide pickleball playing lines in accordance with USAPA regulations. _ Re-install all poles and nets. _ Clean up all containers, trash, etc. upon job completion.
