Construct approximately 8,152 feet of 4" - 10" diameter watermain, the abandonment of (2) wells, the demolition of the elevated water storage tank and ground level storage tank, and modifications to the water works building. Site Directions: Project is located on Dalzell Blacktop, Blakley Estates Drive, Taylor Street, Luce Street, Lucy Street, and the Village's waterworks site. Question Deadline 01/14/2026 Every request for such interpretation must be in writing addressed to Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc., 809 E. Second Street, Dixon, Illinois 61021. To be given consideration, such request must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
