It is the Intent of This Invitation to Bid to Establish a Monthly Lump Sum Price to Furnish Janitorial Maintenance at the Shoshoni Office Building, for a Contract Period of 12 Months. This Contract Will Run Continuously From Notice to Proceed and Will Terminate Automatically on December 31, 2026. Subsequent Years, if an Extension is Offered and Accepted, Will Run From January 1st Through December 31st.
