SED Control Numbers: K-12 Bldg. 41-15-04-02-0-002-022 Project Location: 1 Marauder Boulevard, New York Mills, New York 13417 Single Prime bids are requested for General Construction, including sidewalk work, in connection with the Capital Outlay Project for the New York Mills Union Free School District. Bids shall be prepared according to the Instructions to Bidders, enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the Bidder and the title of the Work related to the bid. Each Bidder must deposit bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention is called to sales tax exemption, employment conditions, minimum wage rates to be observed, bonding and insurance requirements, submission of financial statements, bank references, lists of legal proceedings, surety's intent to issue Performance and Payment Bonds, and a description of completed projects similar in size and scope. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids, and may disqualify Bidders for failure to comply with instructions.
