The work primarily consists of replacing aging RTUs, split systems, and air-handling units with new high-efficiency heat pump or built-up systems, integrating modern controls, and reusing existing infrastructure where feasible for multi-building HVAC modernization project that includes the Operations Center, Henderson Gymnasium, Shippen Hall, and Lehman Library.
