The work includes the visual inspection of manholes; televising, flushing, and jetting 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe; saw cutting of roots in 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe including approximately 71 sanitary sewer manholes and 17,127 linear feet of existing 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe. The work shall include all bypass pumping, erosion and traffic control, and other related improvements and appurtenances. Interested bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the area where the work will be performed. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the Bid date and time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any errors or irregularities, and to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications including financial statements. The Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
