Upgrade the existing Holland Water Treatment Plant located within the Rural Municipality of Victoria. The scope of work includes installation for a new pressure filtration system, mechanization of two new wells, implementation of a chemical feed system, modifications to existing piping, decommissioning of obsolete equipment and other upgrade works. The treatment equipment package was pre-selected by the Owner and will be transferred to the General Contractor by Novation Agreement.
