Each bidder must provide security with their bid and be a licensed General Contractor as required by the laws and qualified for the type of construction. Bidders' attention is called to requirements regarding conditions of employment, minimum wage rates, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. Bledsoe County TCAT Natural Gas System Expansion will include the installation of approximately 830 feet of 2 inch MDPE, regulator station, valves, pigging, testing, tieins, directional bores, fencing, erosion control and other appurtenances as set out in plans and specifications. This project is located in Pikeville, TN.
