The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority is accepting bids for the purchase and delivery of Magnesium Hydroxide for the Dornick Point Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bidders must submit a bid bond or equivalent security in the amount of not less than ten percent of the total bid. The bidder or contractor must provide general liability insurance naming the authority as additional insured, with coverage of $2,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 aggregate. No bid will be considered if it contains exceptions. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid, waive informality or technicality, omit any items, or withhold or abandon the contract award. Bids may be held for up to sixty days for review and qualification assessment. Federal, state, and local regulations apply to the service.
