Renovation of a parking garage in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade parking garage.
The work consists of structural concrete repairs, post-tensioning system repairs, and structural steel repairs at the Erie Parking Authority parking garages identified as Ramps E, K1, and K2. Bid Security in an amount equal to five percent of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Payment Bond for 100% of the contract amount and a Performance Bond for 100% of the contract amount prior to starting the work. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable and must be paid throughout the duration of the project as set forth in the contract documents.
