Site work and new construction of a residential development in Riverside, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a residential development; and for the construction of a residential development.

The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking innovative, qualified developers as the "Master Developer" for a large- scale, multi-phase project on the site known as Pellissier Ranch totaling approximately 227 acres. The project is multi- jurisdictional, located within the City of Colton however the vision for the site is identified in the City of Riverside's Northside Specific Plan ("Specific Plan"). Proposals are requested from Entities that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposals ("RFP").
