Site work and paving for a road / highway in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This contract provides for the Commission to issue Work Authorizations to the Contractor to perform roadway repairs as the need arises. The contract time period will extend from the date of Notice to Proceed to April 30, 2027. Major work items may include the following items: Superpave Wearing and Binder Courses Milling of Asphalt or Cement Concrete Pavement Surfaces Sonic Nap Alert Pattern (SNAP) Pavement Markings ROADWAY AND MISCELLANEOUS REPAIRS, BETWEEN MILEPOST 201.58 AND MILEPOST 299.98 IN CUMBERLAND, YORK, DAUPHIN, LEBANON, LANCASTER AND BERKS COUNTIES An electronic bid bond, from an approved vendor, with corporate surety, in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The bid security of the three (3) low bidders will be retained until the execution of the contract. (The normal time for execution of the contract is approximately four [4] weeks.) The Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended, together with the rates and regulations promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry applicable thereto, shall apply to this contract. Question Deadline 01/14/2026 Any questions for this project must be submitted electronically in EBS by registered business partners by noon on the Wednesday before the bid opening date.
