As of February 02, 2026, project was awarded to Knepp Construction & Excavating, awarded amount is $$83,462.50 The City of Foley is soliciting sealed bids for contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and material required for preparation and crushing of concrete and asphalt located on City property off Bender Rd. The City of Foley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technical errors if, in the City's judgment, the best interests of the City will thereby be promoted. The Street Maintenance Supervisor will be available to show contractors the area. There will not be a mandatory pre-bid construction meeting.
