Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Construction/install two (2) new all-access washrooms at the Canadian Grain Commission building on the 1st floor in the space previously occupied by Lolly's Café. Must be all-access washrooms and incorporate energy/water efficiency practices such as LED lighting, occupancy sensors, low-flow fixtures (toilets, faucets) touchless IR faucets, and ventilation requirements for exhaust fans. TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been awarded. Contact at the architect is unreleased. Updates may be available fall 2026.
