Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Shoreline, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade office development; and one-story above grade industrial development.
The City of Shoreline is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications from firms or individuals interested in providing services for the design of a new modular office building, rehabilitation of an existing structure for equipment and tool storage, and associated site and utility work at the City's Hamlin Maintenance Facility. The budget for Phase 1 is approximately $100,000 to $150,000. Interested parties are responsible for reviewing all project documents published on publicpurchase.com. Qualifications will be the basis for selection, and those selected for an interview will receive additional instructions for the presentation. The City may negotiate with any qualified firm and reserves the right to accept or reject submittals, or to refrain from contracting if it is in the City's best interest. Any submittal not in accordance with the stated procedures may be disqualified. Individuals or firms eliminated from consideration will be notified by email as soon as practical. Submittals may be withdrawn at any time before the submittal deadline. Respondents must mark proprietary information as such if they believe it qualifies for exemption from public disclosure. The City will ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises are given full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin in the award process."
