Question Due by 10/3/25, 5:00 p.m. The City of Shoreline, Washington is soliciting proposals from firms or individuals interested in providing services for Underground Utility Locating and Marking Services associated with Washington State Utility Notification Center, which locates requests for the City's Surface Water and Wastewater Utilities. The anticipated maximum total compensation to the Contractor for services under the awarded agreement will not exceed $500,000 for the duration of the agreement period, unless amended. This RFP does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a submittal for this request. Any individual or firm failing to submit information in accordance with the procedures set forth in the RFP may be subject to disqualification. Individuals or firms eliminated from further consideration will be notified by email by the City as soon as practical. Any proposal may be withdrawn, either personally or by written request, at any time prior to the time set for the submittal deadline. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without penalty, to change the solicitation schedule or modify or cancel in part or in its entirety this RFP at any time; to waive immaterial irregularities contained in the Proposals; to accept or reject any or all submittals received as a result of this RFP; to contract with any qualified firm; or to refrain from contracting with any respondent, if it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
