City of Shoreline, Washington (City) is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms or individuals (Consultant) interested in providing services for a sidewalk project in two locations of close proximity to create continuous mobility access to the neighborhood. Questions due by 5:00 p.m. 8/27/25 SOQs shall be submitted using the Public Purchase electronic bidding system. Instructions for registering with Public Purchase, and obtaining assistance, are available on the City website at online. The City intends to execute an Agreement for Services with the most qualified Consultant for an initial term of 3 years, with the option to extend for additional time or funds if needed. The City reserves the right to retain services of the selected Consultant for any subsequent project phases, such as Right of Way (ROW) or Construction Management, etc. The City of Shoreline, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City has budgeted approximately $250,000 for the design, environmental, and ROW phases of this project. Respondents will need to register to receive notices, submit questions, and submit SOQs. It is recommended you become familiar with the electronic bidding system before the bid submittal deadline. The project budget for design services is approximately $200,000 to $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
