The project consists of the alteration of the one-story building with mezzanine and basement. The renovation includes HVAC infrastructure to serve the Longstreet Theatre Annex, including an air handler, pumps, heat exchanger, and associated direct chilled-water piping to connect the central chilled-water loop with the existing building. The project also includes electrical upgrades and below-slab basement waste piping. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $ 950,000 to $ 1,050,657. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A. Furnish and install all materials, labor and equipment necessary to properly perform all concrete work required as specified herein and/or shown on the drawings.
