The purpose of this solicitation is to competitively obtain bids to acquire supplies, services, or equipment that comply with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions for Plumbing Supplies and Fixtures for Richland School District Two, Project ID: 25-2621. Contractors will be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) as pre-approved sources of supply, but there is no guarantee of any work following contract award. Any pricing provided must include all costs for performing the work associated with that price, and the contractor's price shall be fixed for the duration of the contract, including optional terms. The solicitation remains open for bidders that furnish evidence of responsibility and responsiveness to the requirements. Responsive and responsible bidders will be added to the approved QPL on an annual basis.
