Site work for a library in Arlington, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade library.
Due to significant interest in this highly visible and important project, the University has decided to extend additional time for review and response to this Request for Qualifications. An addendum will be released in early 2026 with new pre-submittal meeting and qualification due dates. The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking qualifications from Architect/Engineer teams for the Library Mall Landscape Project. The scope includes professional architectural and landscape services. Vendors who obtain this RFQ from sources other than directly from the University are responsible for checking the designated website for updates or addenda and are encouraged to email their interest to the contact person. Attendance at an optional HUB Subcontracting Plan Informational Meeting and an optional pre-submittal meeting is encouraged. The Preliminary Project Cost (PPC) for this project is $9,900,000. The PPC includes a Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for the Architect/Engineer of 7,000,000, which may include abatement of asbestos containing materials. Fees, furnishings, equipment, other work, miscellaneous expenses, and contingencies make up the balance of the PPC.
