Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Arlington, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.

Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. as Construction Manager at Risk will be accepting proposals from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Mansfield ISD Package 11 - Renovations to Timberview High School and Della Icenhower Intermediate School. Bid Documents are available through the Construction Manager by emailing a request to dallasestimating@leelewis.com. Proposals must be emailed or hand delivered to Lee Lewis Construction at 17177 Preston Road, Suite 160, Dallas, TX 75248. Emailed proposals should be sent to dallasestimating@leelewis.com. Question Deadline 01/02/2026 Contract document interpretations or clarifications shall be submitted by the Contractor to the Architect in the form of a written request for information (RFI) The Architect will respond to the RFI in a reasonable and timely manner, within approximately seven (7) business days from the date the RFI is received and stamped by the Architects office.
