DESCRIPTION OF WORK: BASE BID - Off Grid Solar and Energy Storage: Provide design and construction services to furnish and install functioning solar panels, solar rack and wiring, power storage and equipment, concrete footings for solar rack, and trenching for power lines. Coordinate construction schedule with UCB prior to construction. For solar system: Provide stamped electrical plans for UCB approval, showing connections to electrical components, line layout, clearances, trenching depth, to meet 2022 CA Electrical code. For concrete footings at solar rack: Provide stamped structural engineering detail and calculations for UCB approval that complies with 2022 CA Building Code.
