Skanska USA Building Inc. is seeking subcontractor bids for the FSW Building V Remodel at the Florida South Western State College Lee Campus located. Sealed proposals along with project specific documents on the appropriate bid forms, provided by Skanska, must be submitted via online. Bid packages received after the established bid time will not be considered. The Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following bid packages: Concrete, Selective Demolition, Casework, Firestopping, Doors & Hardware, Storefronts, Drywall & Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Window Treatment, Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Site Work. A public bid opening will be held after bids have been submitted. All trade partners who submit a proposal will be informed of the bid opening date, time, and location once determined
