The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myersisrequesting proposalsfor the complete removal and replacement of the existing roofs and underlayment for the Homes at Renaissance Preserve (Phases II - IV). The Renaissance Residential Project consists of three phasesin the Family Home sections of the Renaissance Preserve Community. There are fifteen buildings in Phase II, eleven buildings in Phase III, and eleven buildings in Phase IV. All structures in Phases II - IV are two-story buildings. The scope includes the full tear-off of existing asphalt shingles and underlayment and replacement of the underlayment, installation of a metal roof, all accessory hip & ridge shingles, roof vents, drip edge, vent pipe caps, lead pipe boots, and all metal valley, parapet, or wall flashings, perimeter drip edge, and any other materials or products required for a complete and professional installation. The existing fascia, soffit, gutters, and downspouts shall be protected and preserved unless replacement is required.
