Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the replacement of the domestic water, sanitary waste and vent piping at the Old Courthouse in downtown Fort Myers. Two Tank Water Heaters are to be replaced on a one-for-one basis. The basement sump pump which serves stormwater and condensate drainage shall be replaced including associated piping and floor drains. Plumbing fixtures are to be replaced on a one-for-one basis in accordance with Lee County standards. Restrooms renovations include selective demolition of existing wall and floor sections Final Date Pre-Bid RFI's Due: 12/19/2025 Estimated Project Duration: 180 days. Proposers are encouraged to solicit the involvement of local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). The project goal is to meet a minimum of 10% of local DBE participation. Proposers are required to comply with all Lee County E-Verify requirements as well as workplace safety.
