Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide concrete sidewalk repairs to Lee Blvd within Lee County. Work shall include, but not be limited to concrete sidewalk removal, concrete sidewalk replacement, ADA mat installation, curb repair/replacement and curb inlet repair. 2. All work performed shall follow all Federal, State, Local, OSHA and departmentally mandated regulations and specifications for associated work. 3. The intention of this project is to hire a Contractor to remove and replace panels of sidewalk where cracking and concrete deterioration has occurred. The Contractor shall be responsible for removing impacted concrete sidewalk, providing fill and compaction necessary to ensure a stabilized subgrade and pouring back six inches of concrete sidewalk.
