Site work for a civil project in Newcastle, Nebraska. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Village of Newcastle is requesting detailed proposals from qualified contractors or engineering firms for the design and construction of water and sewer infrastructure to serve three residential lots located within the Village of Newcastle, NE. Work to be done Spring 2026. Questions regarding the RFP can be submitted in writing to the Village Clerk, newcastlevillage@hotmail.com or call 712-898-8573, no later than August 30, 2025.
