Provide professional and engineering services related to the design and permitting of stabilization measures for the Morgan Creek bypass channel at the Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and dredging of the channel. The work includes hydraulic analysis of the channel, evaluation and recommendation for stabilization of eroded slopes, evaluation and recommendation regarding deposition in the channel, development of plans and specifications for channel stabilization and dredging, preparation and submittal of permits as required, assistance with bidding the construction work, and providing construction phase services to monitor contractor work and ensure compliance with design and permits. All firms submitting qualifications must have demonstrated experience and expertise in hydraulic analysis of channels, floodplain and floodway modeling, and the design and permitting of channel stabilization and dredging.
