Site work for a water / sewer project in Cotter, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Proposals are being solicited for painting and rehabilitation of two water storage tanks along with Tank Maintenance Plans. The tanks to be rehabilitated are: (1) a 90x30 welded steel standpipe located at 751 W Main Street, Gassville, AR, and (2) a 12x44' riveted steel ground storage tank located at 621 Powell Avenue, Cotter, AR. The price for rehabilitation of each tank should be provided as detailed. All information outlined, along with any other pertinent facts necessary for a proper evaluation, should be submitted in duplicate, sealed, and mailed or delivered to the specified address. A 5% bid bond must be submitted with the proposal. The City reserves the right to waive formalities, to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, and/or to accept the proposal that, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the City. The required details must be listed on the outside of the envelope. Proposals pricing should be valid for 90 days.
