Site work for a water / sewer project in Marion, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of Woodland View Drive Drainage Improvements. Bidders must submit their bids to the Owner at the specified location. Bids will only be accepted from contractors who have received plans from the Engineer to avoid confusion regarding the issuance of addendums. Each bidder is required to submit security with their bid as specified in the instructions for bidders. Bidders are also required to observe employment conditions and minimum wage rates under the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days following the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids.
