The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting request for proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the East Pflugerville Parkway (Colorado Sands Drive to Weiss Lane) project which consists of the construction of 1.67 miles of paving, grading, storm water systems w/detention, drainage culverts, erosion control, pedestrian facilities, signage, pavement markings, illumination, and traffic signals. Question Deadline 01/21/2026 at 12:00 PM CT All questions, clarifications, or requests for general information should be in writing through online. The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas.
