Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to the conversion of the existing 1.0 MG finished water storage tank into a final clearwell with internal baffling building expansion including installation of new flocculation tanks lamella type plate clarifiers and site piping reconfiguration. Flocculation and clarification system upgrades include replacing conventional clarifiers with new Lamella type plate clarifiers installation of new flocculation tanks with flash mixing demolition of an existing concrete clarifier expansion / renovation of the existing water treatment plant building and all general/mechanical construction required. Site construction generally includes exterior and interior piping modifications include relocating finished water piping new 16-inch raw water feed line installation of new vaults and modification of existing vaults demolition of piping to be abandoned and implementing/maintaining temporary bypass piping. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid made payable to the Borough of Brackenridge to guarantee the bidder’s entrance into the contract if given the award.
