Site work for a water / sewer project in Indian Head, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Relocating 170 L.F. of 8-inch diameter ductile iron water line with 1 stream crossing requiring 42 L.F. of concrete encasement and 1 open-cut short service line connection. Separate and sealed proposals will be received for the S.R. 1051, SECTION X10 WATER LINE RELOCATION CONTRACT NUMBER 25-2 and S.R. 1009, SECTION 04M WATER LINE RELOCATION CONTRACT NUMBER 25-3. Bidding Documents will be available at no charge via email from Bankson Engineers, Inc., and printed copies may be purchased for a nonrefundable fee. Only bidders who have obtained official sets of Contract Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and are on the list of planholders may submit bids. The Bid Proposal must be submitted as a paper copy with an original signature and original bid security. Each proposal must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond in favor of Indian Creek Valley Water Authority for not less than ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount. Projects are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and no bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality and to accept or reject any and all bids.
