Reference number: 20109788 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-12-30 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender no Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 9 Description The Shawinigan Municipal Housing Office, also known as the "project owner," is requesting bids for renovation work (phase 2) to be carried out on the buildings located at 852 Montcalm Street and 1993 St-Marc Avenue in the municipality of Shawinigan, under a lump sum contract. The duration of the work will be approximately thirty-five (35) weeks. INFORMATION: General contractors and subcontractors can obtain all the necessary information by contacting Mr. Yves Tellier, Technical Advisor - Building, at the following telephone number: 819 378-5438 or by email: ytellier@omhtr.ca. BID BOND: In the form of a bond from an authorized company, equivalent to: -10% of the bid amount or - A certified cheque, money order, bank draft payable to the applicant for the work (OMH Shawinigan), an irrevocable letter of guarantee in favor of the said applicant, or bearer bonds. The latter must be issued or guaranteed by the Government of Quebec or Canada and must not mature in more than five years. The value of these bonds must be equivalent to 5% of the bid amount and be valid for 60 days from the deadline for submitting bids. The guarantee must be attached to the bid.
