Reference number: 20114795 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-01-26 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender no Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 6 Tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque, made out to the Centre de services scolaire de l'Energie, corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender, or a tendering bond, established at the same amount, valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening submissions. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of the obligations for pledges, materials, and services as mentioned in the general conditions of the bidding documents. When these guarantees are in the form of a guarantee, the amount of each of them corresponds to 50% of the contract price and when they are in the form of a certified cheque, the amount of each of them corresponds to 10% of the contract price. Only the bids of contractors whose principal place of business is in Quebec and who hold, where applicable, the licence required under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B.-1.1) will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract. Contractors are advised that a site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting point is the main entrance hall of the Immaculate Conception school located at 153, 8th Rue de la Pointe, Shawinigan. All bidders, general contractors and subcontractors will be considered to have visited the site and no claim for lack of knowledge of the site can be submitted or accepted.
