Scope of work generally includes the electrical construction modifications required for the improvements being constructed under the General Construction Contract including all equipment building electrical SCADA and control system improvements. Electrical contract also includes furnishing and installing replacement electric actuators for the existing filtration valves (valves to remain). Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid made payable to the Borough of Brackenridge to guarantee the bidder’s entrance into the contract if given the award. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
